This strain did get the name Super Blue Dream from its parents, but more than just a name, it is also how one feels soon after using this cannabis. One of its parents is called the Blue Dream. The other is Super Silver Haze, a three-time winner of the High Times Cannabis Cup.

With the Super Blue Dream, the original breeder (unknown) has created a pretty much well-balanced hybrid from its more Sativa-dominant parents.

Effects

Super Blue Dream starts by sending a gentle rush of cerebral head high that heightens your focus. It is soon followed by a physical body high that now starts to change your mood to feeling upbeat that gradually intensifies to euphoric. From what we could gather, Super Blue Dream cannabis plants need a lot of care. It can be grown in both soil and hydroponically and is especially adaptable to the Sea of Green (SOG) and Screen of Green (ScrOG) methods.

It should also be trained using the Low-Stress Training (LST) method. Obviously, this would not be the best strain for someone new to growing plants as the methods required and the continuous care would require previous experience to not only grow but also to have a higher yield.

Flowering Time

Indoors

Super Blue Dream, if grown indoor, should be ready for harvest in 8 to 9 weeks. By then, the expected yield should be around 12 to 16 ounces per square meter.


Outdoors

We do not have enough information on growing Super Blue Dream outdoor, but if it is a little similar to its parents, then we could make an educated estimate. The expected yield of this cannabis is around 16 ounces or possibly more per plant and should thrive well in a Mediterranean climate.
