Spotlight Series: Antuanette Gomez, Creator of Pleasure Peaks

Pleasure Peaks is an all-encompassing brand of Sex, Cannabis, and Spirituality. Empowering women one squirt at a time.

The company’s creator, Antuanette Gomez is an International Speaker on Tantric Sex, Cannabis and Psychedelics and an advocate for Women’s Rights and Sexual Oppression. Gomez and Toronto-based Pleasure Peaks have been very active in the space since the company’s launch in March 2016.

Already busy with speaking engagements, Pleasure Peaks events, ganja yoga, and creating and selling her lubricant line online and at the Green Market in Toronto, Gomez is not yet looking to slow down. She’s just added the role of Toronto Women Grow Chapter Chairwoman to her resume, reviving a hugely popular chapter that’s been inactive for a couple of months.

Passionate About Her Calling

Her passion and enthusiasm come through when she describes how she came to find her calling: “This is the second company I’ve launched on my own, with my own heart and soul. Figuring out my sexuality through Tantra was life-changing and I want to share it with all the women out there. I want to empower women with their erotic energy and help raise money and awareness for charities that focus on sexual oppression and women’s rights. This is my calling.”

One thing you realize about Gomez right away is that she is humble and immensely thankful. The PP blog is filled with posts about local events and is written with a sense of gratitude and joy. She tells us that receiving feedback from her customers is the most rewarding thing about her business. We don’t doubt that, who wouldn’t love seeing people so happy?

The products she creates are Cannabis infused water & oil-based lubricants and are meant to “enhance intimacy & mindfulness in sexual pleasure.” Each bottle contains 12ml of cannabis-infused glycerin OR MCT oil and possibly essential oils, such as vanilla + rose. The Website notes that “Coconut oil is great for a healthy vaginal flora” – who knew?!
